President Barrow Meets with Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs Bourita

On the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and international cooperation of Morrocco Nasser Bourita has been received on Monday by the President of the Gambia Adama Barrow to discuss cooperation between the 2 countries.

The Gambian head of State welcomed the bilateral relations that the 2 parties want to improve in the economic sector, training, security cooperation, the exchange of experience in the diplomatic field and professional training.

President Barrow thanked Morocco for their support during the political impasse. Mr Barrow also extended his gratitude to the King of Morocco for building a new office complex for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Gambia, contributing to the infrastructural development of the country.
