Yankuba Badjie, the former director of the former NIA, the secret services of the former president of Gambia, and some of his men, will be judged on 18 March. They have been charged with assassination and attempted assassination and are currently being held in Mile 2 prison.
According to the newspaper “Liberation”, the case was discreetly discussed the day before yesterday in Banjul before being sent back on that date.
